Spent one afternoon at Estancia Mall with my son.

Treated him to the "best curry" in town.

As we all know, he likes Japanese food,

Add "spicy" to Japanese food and he will love it!!!

Maybe one day, someday, I'll bring him to Japan

and dine at this Japanese Curry House.

Jipan  Cafe and Bakeshop was right across Coco Ichibanya.

I was in bread heaven and wanted to sample all the baked 

goodies in Jipan.  I had to control myself from buying more 

than what we need, or what we can consume.

I decided to get some donuts, a French baguette, a tuna turnover

and some Kouign-Amann.  Yummy!

If only I had some salted caramel ice cream at home,

then it would have been the perfect sweet ending.

I have forgotten what kind of cake this is...

Son and I had early dinner here one rainy Sunday.

I just have to share this restaurant because it is

student-budget friendly, easy on the pocket, inexpensive,

affordable, reasonable, popularly priced.

Yet, they serve good quality, tasty, yummy 

oven-roasted steaks that my Son really enjoyed.

Their buffalo wings and dynamite rolls were a bit spicy

but not too spicy, which is good for me.

We were quite full, so we just had the burger

wrapped for the Hubby.

I have forgotten what kind of cake we had.

They probably have their cakes sourced out.

I don't remember if they even had a cake stand.

Anyway, this is a good place to have merienda,

since it is always crowded during lunch, or 

probably dinner during weekends.

We weren't famished enough to eat at a buffet.

So, we went to Lucky Niku for unlimited ssambap.

Since these two restaurants are sister companies, 

they allow cross-orders.

I got some Thai Fried Rice & Fried Spring Rolls
in My Thai.

It's a given that"unhealthy" foods are delicious.

Foods topped with extra cheese or bacon are on  

this list of heavenly foods.  So are those cooked 

in butter or braised in wine.

Grilled and fried foods are also on this yummy list.

Oyster, all caps!!!

This is Hubby's go-to-place to eat oysters.

He adores these bivalve mollusks.

The Son wanted so much to eat this saltwater clam,

but one bad oyster gave him a horrible experience.

My Dad used to buy a whole sack of fresh oysters

from Farmers' Market every weekend.

Dad, Nanay and my two sisters would feast on

these oysters until they wipe out the entire sack.

I never really liked the slimy texture of oysters.

You can all have it to yourselves.

grilled seafood, plus other Filipino main 

entrees like Kare-kare, Sinigang, Sisig

and so many more. 

It has an extensive list of bar chow.

Salamat Dr. Aimee for the merienda treat at Eat Fresh. 

Sobrang mouthwatering spicy Laksa. 

Finger-licking assorted squid balls, lobster balls, fish balls.

 Yummiest bacon-wraped enoki & shitake mushrooms. 

And the pinaka pinaka favorite bacon wrapped asparagus!!!

 At ang walang kamatayang mama-say/ma-say na fried rice .
