Cha-cha's Cocina Mexicana
Stanford Ranch Rd., Rocklin, CA
That's me with my sister.
Thanks for another Mexican lunch treat for Alvin.

As we entered this intricately carved wooden door,
we were transported to a remarkable, incredibly
pretty Mexican restaurant. Before going to our
table, we took photos of almost every nook
and cranny of Cha-cha's Cocina Mexicana..
He must have loved the place and allowed
me to take his solo picture. Smile!
Alvin and moi finally seated.
As soon as we got seated, we were
served a basket of Nachos and salsa.
Our frozen margaritas.
If I am not mistaken, this is the chimichanga,
which is a deep fried burrito.

The Rock
A sizzling molcajete filled with “rajas” --
bell peppers with onions sautéed in a creamy
chipotle sauce -- topped with a sampling of
skirt steak, grilled chicken breast & tiger prawns.
Served with corn or flour tortillas.

My plate of French Fries.
I can subsist with bread, fried rice and French fries.
Oh yes,,, the carbo-loader!

This is the door of the women's comfort room.
If all women's comfort room doors
looked like this one, I will never again
make the mistake of entering the
male's comfort room ... ever!
Pretty interiors even inside the comfort room.\
