Chocolate Cake with Cream Frosting
I baked this chocolate cake with cream frosting
to keep myself busy. Baking is a form of meditation
for me. Focusing on the task, keeps the mind free of
unhappy feelings and unpleasant thoughts.
The end product is a sweet and delicious treat
to share with those I care about.
