An afternoon at Estancia Mall, Capitol Commons

Jipan Cafe & Bakeshop
"JiPan first opened its doors June 3, 1992 with the sole purpose of providing customers with freshly baked, high quality Japanese style breads. Its Pioneer, Mrs. Hiroko Fijumura, brought her love for the craft of baking and food along with her when she moved to the Philippines from Japan. Realizing that there was a void of artisanal breads and pastries, she committed herself to developing and perfecting the recipes that have become part of so many families’ tables."

Spent one afternoon at Estancia Mall with my son.
Treated him to the "best curry" in town.
As we all know, he likes Japanese food,
Add "spicy" to Japanese food and he will love it!!!
Maybe one day, someday, I'll bring him to Japan
and dine at this Japanese Curry House.

Jipan  Cafe and Bakeshop was right across Coco Ichibanya.
I was in bread heaven and wanted to sample all the baked
goodies in Jipan.  I had to control myself from buying more
than what we need, or what we can consume.
I decided to get some donuts, a French baguette, a tuna turnover
and some Kouign-Amann.  Yummy!
If only I had some salted caramel ice cream at home,
then it would have been the perfect sweet ending.
