Fettuccine with Sun-dried Tomatoes, Basil & Garlic Sauce

Fettuccine with Sun-dried Tomatoes, Basil & Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
Boil the Sun-dried Tomatoes in a cup of water for 5 minutes
then, soak for an hour.

Chop the softened sun-dried tomatoes.

Slice the basil. (Julienne)

Boil the pasta. Drain..

Saute the garlic in olive oil and add the sun-dried tomatoes.
Add tomato sauce and some Vodka (optional).
Simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper & sugar.
Pour the sauce and mix well.
Add the basil. Toss. Put on serving dish (Pyrex). 
Top with a few basil leaves. 
Serve warm with French Garlic Toasts.
