Herbed Shrimps Linguine

Herbed Shrimps Linguine

Ingredients:

300 g. linguine (cooked al dente / drained)
1/4 c. unsalted butter
1/4 c. olive oil
1 T minced garlic
1/2 c. chicken stock
400 g White Shrimped (peeled)
1 lemon
Salt & Pepper
100 g. minced cilantro

Procedure:
Cook the linguine all dente and set aside.
Brown the garlic in butter and olive oil.
Add the chicken stock.
Then add the shrimps.
Add the juice of the lemon.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce on the prepared linguine.
Mix and  add the freshly minced cilantro.
Mix very well.
Put Herbed Shrimps Linguine on serving dish.
Serve warm.

I was chatting with dear friend Janet the other evening
and she mentioned tasting this delicious pasta dish at her
 friend's home last week.  Janet and I share this love for
cooking... and of course, eating.  So, off I went to the
grocery and bought the ingredients and made
Herbed Shrimps Linguine last night.
Another yummy dish from my kitchen.
Next time, I'll add some cream.
