How to make a quick steak dinner ...

This was what's for dinner. Sirloin steaks, garlic mushrooms and couscous.
Not really a lot of work. Just used what's in the pantry and the freezer.
Got these mini skillets at Parkson's, Clark.
Just season the steaks with the prepared spices, melt some butter,
and pan fry the steaks (done to your liking).
Serve with some garlic mushrooms and couscous.
Only prepared two steaks for the Son and Hubby.
I don't eat beef.

Ingredients needed for couscous. Oh... forgot the butter!
Just saute everything in butter, add water, season  then add the couscous.
Let stand for a while, then fluff before serving.
 ********
Brownies with Grape Jelly for dessert!
Just follow the instructions written on the box.
Pour the batter on your prepared pan or baking dish.
Spread some grape jelly on top of the batter mixture,
then bake.  You may use other jams or marmalade.
Next time I'll use orange or strawberry marmalade.
It doesn't really look pretty but, it sure tastes lovely!!!
