Haven't been doing a lot of cooking for the past two months since it is
extremely hot in Manila during the summer.
It has been raining in the afternoons lately and my kitchen
isn't as humid anymore.
So, I made Cabbage Wrapped Meatballs with Misua.
Misua is some kind of thin Chinese noodles, served during birthdays.
It is usually cooked with meatballs to make a soup.
Cabbage Wrapped Meatballs with Misua
Wrap the meatball with cabbage or bokchoy.
Place on non-stick pan.
Add some chicken broth and simmer / boil for a few minutes.
Add more broth, if necessary. The misua will soak up all the liquid.
Serve hot.
