Mini 'Pancake' Donuts and Chicks in a Blanket

These were Son's midweek late afternoon snack.

Mini 'Pancake' Donuts

You will need these.

Combine pancake mix, egg, canola oil and water.

Preheat the Mini Donut Maker.

Fill with pancake batter.

You'll know they are done when the green light turns on. 

Top with powdered sugar and maple syrup.

Serve warm with Chicks in a Blanket.

Chicken Breasts and Bacon

Slice the chicken into long strips.

Wrap the chicken strips with bacon. Place on a greased pan.

Bake / Roast at 350 F or 180 C for 45 minutes.

Serve with Mini 'Pancake Donuts.
