I am not really a fan of spicy food, so I don't really like eating Mexican food.

But at Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, they have this salsa / condiments station

where you can choose your salsa, dips, peppers etc.  You can mix your own 

sauces or dips according to your preferred level of spiciness.

I like Baja Fresh Mexican Grill.
