CIA Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, Napa Valley

Another road trip to the wine country, Napa Valley.
Lunch was at the Culinary Institute of America.
It was extremely chilly and windy when we went to Napa.
It was almost winter and our clothes weren't thick enough
to withstand the strong winds.
Even the freshly baked bread were cold when they
reached our table, even if I asked them to reheat
and toast the bread.

This is my second time to dine here at the CIA
and it is always a pleasant and memorable experience.
Just had to bring the Hubby here.
Wouldn't mind paying a little bit more
if the food served is as delicious and palatable
as the ones served here. Their serving portions
were big enough for the two of us.
Unlike the servings at that new restaurant in Alabang.
Remember the single leaf of bokchoy?

Always a wonderful dining experience
at the Culinary Institute of America.
