Chicken & Franks, Ripe Mango Salsa, Garlic Toasts

Chicken & Franks, Ravioli, Garlic Toasts & Ripe Mango Salsa
Ripe Mango Salsa on Garlic Toasts
Cheddar Cheese & Pimiento Spread on Garlic Toasts
Ingredients
Saute garlic, onions. Add chopped chicken, potatoes and German franks.
Add tomato sauce, raisins (optional) sugar salt & pepper
Open two cans of Chef Boyardee Beef Ravioli.
Put in oven proof dish and top with grated cheese.
Place in the oven to melt the cheese.
Ingredients for the salsa.
Chop the tomatoes, mango and cilantro.

Mix well. Keep in refrigerator.
You may use cheddar cheese & pimiento spread on garlic toasts.
Or put ripe mango salsa on garlic toasts.
Ripe Mango Salsa may be used  as a side dish.
Another fun afternoon in the kitchen.
