Schublig, for starters

Schublig is a traditional Swiss sausage,
made of beef and pork, mixed with special blend of spices, 
milk and onions, then smoked to perfection. 
Here are the ingredients.
Slice the Schublig and onions.
Saute the onions and parsley in olive oil.
Add the Schublig slices.
Add the button mushrooms.
Serve warm or cold with or without bread.
You may add hot sauce or your favorite condiments.
