Kettle, East Wing, Shangrila Mall

Son and I were at the mall to accompany a good friend.
Had my favorite sandwich... do you remember what it is?

Wagyu Beef Hash  with Garlic Fried Rice

The Reuben ... that's my favorite sandwich!
I just wish they would use sauerkraut & rye bread.
I like Kettle's Reuben better than the one I had
in Tagaytay a long time ago.

A classic Reuben Sandwich is made up of the following:
2 slices rye bread
2 teaspoons butter, at room temperature
2 tablespoons Russian Dressing / or aoili dressing
1/4 cup well-drained, fresh-style sauerkraut
2 ounces thinly sliced Gruyère or Switzerland Swiss cheese
1/4 pound thinly sliced corned beef
