Son's Mini Midweek Meal

Crock Pot Chicken & Mini Sweet Potato Cinnamon Biscuits

Line the base of the crock pot with Onions and whole Garlic.

Coat chicken breast with any spice rub available.

then put in the crock pot.

Squeeze some lemon and leave the lemon in the pot.

This is how it will look after 4 to 5 hours in the crock pot.

Serve warm with the Mini Sweet Potato Cinnamon Biscuits.

Crock Pot Chicken

is what's for dinner tonight!

You will need these ingredients.

Slice two onions.

Put the sliced onions at the bottom of the crock pot.

Prepare the dry herbs and spices.

Mix.

Coat the chicken with the mixture.

Cook on high for 3 hours.

Then on low for two more hours.

Serve warm with rice.

This is what's for dinner tonight!
