Stir Fried Beef with Tarragon & Onion and Pumpkin Egg Drop Soup

Stir Fried Beef with Tarragon & Onion
Pumpkin Egg Drop Soup
Sauteed Bitter Melon / Ampalaya
Steamed Rice

Pumpkin Egg Drop Soup
You will need these.
Boil pumpkin and onions until soft.
Mash the cooked pumpkin or use blender.
Put in a bigger pot and add the broth.
Add 1 can of full cream milk, 1 t chili powder and 1 t Spanish paprika.
BOIL.  Drop 1 raw egg once soup starts to boil.
Serve warm.

Stir Fried Beef with Tarragon and Onion
Heat some canola or olive oil.  Add  sliced onions and 1 t tarragon.
Add beef slices. Season with a little soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Serve with steamed rice and sauteed bitter melon.

Sauteed Bitter-melon / Ampalaya
Saute garlic, onions and ampalaya.
Season with salt and pepper. Add 1 whole raw egg 
or just eggwhites.
Serve as a side dish.

Crock Pot Chicken

Crock Pot Chicken
is what's for dinner tonight!

You will need these ingredients.
Slice two onions.
Put the sliced onions at the bottom of the crock pot.
Prepare the dry herbs and spices.
Mix.
Coat the chicken with the mixture.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Then on low for two more hours.
Serve warm with rice.
This is what's for dinner tonight!
