Mini Chicken ala King

This is one of the first recipes that I learned to make for my friends.
The recipe came from an old friend, Eric.
He also gave me the recipes for chicken croquettas and baked macaroni,
which I used to make for them when they come to the house
to go swimming at midnight.

Ingredients
Trim the sides of the bread.
Put on mini cupcake pans and toast.
Heat the butter and saute the minced onions.
Add the shredded boiled chicken, milk, salt and pepper.
Set aside and cool.
Put a teaspoon of the cooked chicken on the toasted bread.
Top with grated quick melt cheese.
Serve warm.
