Fish Fillet with Garlic, Basil & Capers

 
 
Ingredients:
 
5 to 6 pieces Fish fillets / sliced into bite size pieces
1 T lemon juice
1 T canola or olive oil
2 T minced garlic
1 T minced fresh basil
1 T capers
pinch of salt & sugar
 
Procedure:
Marinate the fish fillets in lemon juice for 5  minutes.
Heat the oil, then add the fillets.
Set aside.
Saute the garlic, basil and capers.
 Season with salt and sugar.
Pour the sauce over the fillets.
Serve warm.
