Chicken Fillets with Olives


Ingredients:
 
500 grams chicken fillets / sliced into bite size pieces
1 T olive or canola oil
2 T minced garlic
2 T tomato sauce
1 piece red bell pepper / diced
20 pieces pitted olives
pinch of salt & sugar
 
Procedure:
 
Heat the oil. Brown the garlic, add tomato sauce.
Add the chicken, cook for a few minutes.
Add bell pepper and olives.
Season with salt and sugar.
Serve warm.
