an effortless meal

... an effortless meal!
********
Fried Okoy. Son bought this at UP Diliman's Dilimall.
Crock Pot Pork Adobo
Place pork, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic in the crock pot.
Set at Low and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
I had to add more garlic and some magic powder.
The Hubby said it didn't taste like adobo, more
like boiled pork.  That happens when I don't taste what I cook!
Green Mangoes and Bagoong
Bananas for dessert.  I love all varieties of bananas.
This is Dole Senorita Banana.
Again, an effortless meal!

  1. i remember my lola used to make "iga" her adobo by just leaving it in her kawali over low heat until the oil comes out of the meat, brown it a little, then after removing the adobo, she would make some fried rice on the same kawali....sobrang sarap! ...ah memories of childhood!
