Breaded Pork with Sweet Garlic and Ginger Sauce

Breaded Pork with Sweet Garlic and Ginger Sauce
Season pork slices with salt and pepper.
Then, dredge in flour, dip in egg  and roll on breadcrumbs
Fry in canola oil on medium heat.
 Place on paper towels to remove / drain excess oil.
Chop into bite-size pieces.
Serve warm with the Sweet Garlic and Ginger Sauce.

Recipe for Sweet Garlic and Ginger Sauce:
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced giner
1 tablespoon corn syrup 
Boil the first five ingredients.
********¼ cup water
 3 teaspoons cornstarch
Mix water and cornstarch and pour on boiling sauce.
Stir to thicken sauce and remove lumps.

Makes about 1 cup of Sweet Garlic and Ginger Sauce.
