Cafe Xocolat

Not all Red Velvet Cakes are the same. Some are too light.
Others use Royal Icing instead of the Cream Cheese Frosting. YUK!
Icing on the Cupcakes Red Velvet Cupcake and
Cheesecake Factory's Red Velvet Cake are so far the BEST,
but we don't have these in Manila.
However, Cafe Xocolat's Red Velvet Cake, for me,
is at par with Icing on the Cupcake and Cheesecake Factory's.
Savory pasta dishes are also served at Cafe Xocolat.
