Chicken Afritada or Chicken Menudo ???

You will need these... and some chicken.

Saute the minced garlic, chopped onions and tomatoes.
Add the chicken. Season with vinegar, soy sauce and fish sauce.
Add some salt, pepper and sugar.
Add the carrots , potatoes, hotdogs and raisins.
Cook til fork tender.
Serve warm with hot steaming rice.
