How to make Chinese Pancit Canton, the fast and easy way

Chinese Pancit Canton

You will need these ingredients.
Chop the vegetables.
Saute the garlic, onions and pork.
Add the broccoli, carrots and snow peas.
Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce and a little sugar.
Remove the pork and vegetables. Set aside.
Add the noodles and cook for a few minutes.
Add a few drops of sesame oil. Stir.
Add the chopped Chinese parsley or kinchay.
Place the noodles on a Chinese serving plate.

When?  Son was only two years old then.]
Top with the pork and vegetables.
Serve warm.
