Pork Bun, another "must-eat" in Macau

We saw this big sign while walking the streets of Macau.
I couldn't understand what was written but I definitely
knew what it was.  It's Macau's Pork Bun.
Last time we were in Macau,  we stayed at the Waldo,
a five-star hotel across the Venetian and every afternoon,
we were given a free pork bun for snacks. The pork bun served
was like a hamburger,  ground pork patty in a crispy bun.

This guy in the window is the cashier.  He gets the payment
first then the pork bun is handed over by a woman on the
other side of the store's window.
It's always payment first before food is served.
That's how it was at the fast food center at Galaxy.
Same thing at Lord Stow's.
At the buffet breakfast, once we were all seated, the waitress
handed over the bill even before we got our coffee.
Same thing at the airport.  They got our orders, then
the server came back to our table with the bill.
Two slices of pork, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper
with nothing on it, not everything on it.
Now that's a cute logo.
Yellow smiley bun on brown pork.
