Another way to cook Chinese Ham

This is another way to cook Chinese Ham (King Sue).
Remove the paraffin wax that covers the ham.
Scrub the ham to remove molds. Wash with water.
Soak the ham for 24 hours. Use Royal Tru Orange (1 liter).
Cook the ham using a slow cooker or crock pot..
Cook on high for 2 hours and on low for another hour.
Remove the thick skin. Discard the skin.
I didn't have brown sugar so I used caster or white sugar.
Caramelize the sugar by using a torch.
You may use this cheap kind, one that is bought at the hardware,
instead of the expensive ones.
Here it is!!!!
Serve with Queso de Bola and  Hot Pandesal or Ensaymada.
