How to cook a Fiesta Ham

If you received a Fiesta Ham from a neighbor or won it in a Christmas
raffle, this is how you cook it to make it tastier, palatable, and delighful.
Slice the ham.
Fry it in canola oil.
Arrange the ham on a round serving dish.
Make the sauce or glaze.
Heat the pineapple juice in a saucepan, add sugar and boil.
Add 1 tsp of cinnamon powder & 1/2 tsp dried tarragon.
Pour the sauce.
Arrange the pineapple slices on top of the ham.
If you do not have maraschino cherries,
you may use red and green candy sprinkles.
Serve with Pandesal and Magnolia Queso de Bola.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
