Chicken Galantina

Chicken Galantina
... perfect for Noche Buena.
Ingredients
Grate all ingredients except eggs & raisins.. Add to ground pork / beef.
Add 2 T all purpose flour, 1/2 t salt, 1 t sugar,  pinch of pepper.
Mix thoroughly.
Set aside. Put in refrigerator.
Debone a large chicken.
Put the stuffing  and wrap with aluminum foil.
Bake at 170 Celsius for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove the foil and Bake/Roast at 180 Celsius for another
 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut and serve warm with store bought or home made gravy,
or with your favorite condiments or seasoning.
