Lechonito / Crispy Pork Belly

Lechonito de Marie Chic
Season 1 kilo of pork belly with salt,pepper & 1 T of chicken powder and
marinate for one hour. You may add lemongrass, rosemary or any herb you prefer.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 2 hours.
Remove the foil and Roast/Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for another 30 minutes.
... or until skin is brown and crispy.
Serve with your favorite condiments or liver sauce.
