penne with cream of mushroom sauce

Penne with Cream of Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
Cook the pasta. Drain and set aside.
Heat the olive oil , then add a chopped onion.
Add the sliced mushrooms, 3 - 4 cans , cream of mushroom soup
and 1 cup of cream. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
Add freshly julienned basil and  grated quick melt cheese on top.
Broil for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
Serve warm.
