Lengua de Gato ... or "cat's tongue" vanilla butter cookies!

This has always been a favorite.  The boutique right across my clinic

in Katipunan that sold Collezione shirts back in the day 

used to sell these cookies. I would buy a whole pack and just

eat the whole thing, without sharing.

The travel buddies aka bff's (buffet friends forever) were at Megamall

today to watch Maynila, Sa Kuko ng Liwanag. 

That's where we saw this kiosk selling these delicate super thin

delicious vanilla butter cookies.

The cookies now come in many different flavors like ube,

oatmeal raisin, almonds, cookies & cream, and peanut butter.

Each small container costs PHP 150.
