Shrimps & Cashew

Shrimps and Cashew

Cashew from Puerto Princesa
Php 280 per kilo
You will need these.
Chop the vegetables into bite size pieces.

Saute the onions and ginger.
Add the vegies.
Then the chopped bell peppers.
Add the shrimps. 
I used precooked and peeled shrimps.
Add the cashews last.
Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
Thicken with cornstarch and water mixture.
Table setting.
Son ate ahead because he came from school
and was quite hungry. 
The chicken arroz caldo soup and arroz ala cubana
were still cooking, not ready to be served.
