Din Tai Fung, Central Embassy, Bangkok

Din Tai Fung at Central Embassy
Their open kitchen
***
I've eaten at Din Tai Fung in Taipei 101 and the wait was about half an hour.
Guess what? There were no lines here.

My friend Yayo  said they weren't able to dine at their  branch in Hong Kong
because the lines were extremely and ridiculouly loooong...  none here!
***
Hmmmm .... they have branches all over Southeast Asia
except Manila! I wonder why?
Tim Ho Wan is here.  You should see the lines and the
waiting time is horribly loooong too.

our thirst quenchers
***
Our starter ...  there was no lady with a tray or cart of appetizers.
There was also no bag receptacle or coat cover.
Again, I wonder why?
***
Yayo's hot clear chicken soup ... not for the soul
but for the growling tummy.
Bubut's greens with tons of garlic,
I don't eat anything with garlic.
Your guess is right. This is my request.
Rice... fried rice.
We all agreed on this one ... Xiao Long Bao.

[Crystal Jades' xiao long bao is comparable to this one.
They even have multi-colored ones . ]
